01  1. Who we are

Our services are provided by Belvedere Marketing & PR, operating under Chardi Kala LLC, registered in Dubai, UAE ("Belvedere", "we"). Contact: hello@belvedere-marketing.com. By purchasing, you ("you", "the client") agree to these Terms.

02  2. Our services and the applicable Schedule

We offer several services. The specific service you purchase is described in its Service Schedule, which forms part of these Terms. Where a Schedule and these Terms differ, the Schedule governs for that service. Your purchase is governed by these Terms plus the Service Schedule for the product you bought.

03  3. Price and payment

Prices and payment options are set out in the applicable Schedule and shown at checkout. Payment is due in full, up front, to begin. Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details. All amounts are in AED unless stated otherwise.

04  4. VAT and your location

VAT is applied based on the country you select at checkout. If your business is in the UAE, 5% VAT applies and is shown on your invoice. If you select a country outside the UAE, your purchase may be treated as an export of services. You confirm the country you select is accurate and remain responsible for your own tax position.

05  5. Your responsibilities

You confirm the information you give us is accurate, that you are authorised to make this purchase for your business, and that you are authorised to grant any access we need. You remain solely responsible for the regulatory and advertising compliance of your own business and marketing.

06  6. Access to your accounts

Some services need access to your accounts (for example, advertising accounts). The type of access is described in the applicable Schedule. You can revoke access at any time, and we use it only to provide the service you purchased.

07  7. Work begins immediately; non-refundable

Our services are bespoke and work begins as soon as you purchase. Accordingly, all purchases are non-refundable, as set out in our Refund Policy. Where you are not yet ready to proceed, your payment is held as a credit as described in the Refund Policy.

08  8. Payment disputes

You acknowledge that work begins as soon as you purchase, and you agree not to dispute or charge back the payment on the basis of a change of mind.

09  9. Our intellectual property

All intellectual property in our services, methodologies, scoring systems, benchmarks, strategies, templates, reports, and know-how, and all content on this website, is and remains the exclusive property of Chardi Kala LLC (Belvedere). We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the deliverables we provide for your own internal business purposes.

10  10. What you may and may not do

You may share your own deliverables with your team and professional advisors for internal use. You may not resell, republish, white-label, or commercially exploit them; reverse-engineer our methodologies; or give any third party access to our systems, accounts, or the way our services are produced.

You also agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our website or systems, scrape or extract data from it without written permission, or impersonate Belvedere.

11  11. Testimonials and case studies

We may identify you as a client and feature your business name, logo, and results in our case studies and marketing. You may opt out at any time by emailing hello@belvedere-marketing.com, and we will remove you from future materials.

12  12. No guarantee; not professional advice

Our services are professional work based on information available at the time. Except where a Schedule expressly states a specific guarantee, we do not guarantee any ranking, reach, lead, sale, return, or other outcome. Our services are not legal, financial, medical, or regulatory advice. Results from third-party platforms (including Meta, Google, and AI tools) are outside our control, and any AI-based snapshot is indicative of a point in time.

13  13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any service is limited to the fees you paid for that service, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for third-party platform charges (including your advertising spend).

14  14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from access or information you provided that you were not authorised to share, or from your own marketing or ad content.

15  15. Raising an issue

Please tell us of any concern within 14 days of delivery so we can address it.

16  16. Suspension and changes

We may suspend or decline service where these Terms are breached, and may update these Terms; the version in force at your purchase applies.

17  17. Events outside our control

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

18  18. Governing law

Governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates; disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.

19  19. General

If any part is unenforceable, the rest applies. These Terms, the applicable Schedule, our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy are the entire agreement between us.
